2.5 hours until I need to leave home 

3.5 hours until I need to be at the venue 

4.0 hours until the exam starts 

6.0 hours until my semester is over

Procrastination sketching

June, A3 water colour paper. I still love this scene, I feel I need to do some studies of it with different mediums, colours and textures. 

I have been working on the idea of painting in series, a number of paintings with a common theme. This one feels like a promising start point.

A little quiet time

I find a bit of quiet time in the mornings really does set the tone for the day, some time to focus on what is important and work out what will get done today. And that plan may change, but having one to start with generally makes me more productive! 

I've put in fabric and hardware orders for a customer, my first order! And today the all the machines should come home from being serviced. Still 11 days until my exam, hopefully I'll spend more time studying between now and then, and then I'll be free to make everything I want! I'm excited. Have a great day everyone!
